Director
Erin Dutton is the Mount Tom Day School director and a director of Mount Tom Day Camp. She’s been a part of the Mount Tom family for almost 20 years. Her experiences as an administrator, teacher and parent help ensure our school provides a positive environment for your children to grow and learn.

Faculty
The Mount Tom Day School staff is a creative team of mature teachers and assistants who are experienced in early childhood and elementary education.  Our extraordinary staff retention rate ensures the teachers are familiar with creating  developmentally appropriate programs and the specific needs of each age group as well as our school’s educational philosophy.
